3. Payment Terms
3.1. The Fees. The services offered through RouterBee are subject to the applicable
fees (the “Fees”) payable by you. The schedule of the Fees is available on RouterBee
(https://www.routerbee.com/plans) or communicated to you personally. Unless indicated
the Fees include applicable sale tax. The Fees are charged automatically on a monthly or
annual basis within the term of the service contract. By concluding a service contract
us, you agree to pay the Fees in accordance with these Terms, the terms and conditions
respective Fees, and other terms and conditions in force at the moment the service
is concluded. The Fees are indicated in United States dollars (USD) and remain valid for
long as (i) they are indicated on RouterBee, (ii) as communicated by us, or (iii) your
contract lasts. The Fees are subject to a change without a prior notice. Any changes to
Fees will be made available to you, on RouterBee, and, if necessary, we will request you
provide consent to the amendments of the Fees.
3.2. Payment. All payments are processed by our third-party payment processor Stripe (the
“Payment Processor”). The Payment Processor handles all steps in the payment process
its systems, including data collection and data processing. You are responsible for
that all payment information is correct and the funds necessary for paying the Fees are
available. You further agree not to hold the Company liable for payments that do not
the Company because you have quoted incorrect payment information or the Payment
refused the payment for any other reason. When your billing period is over, you will be
automatically billed through your credit card on file. You will have 14 days to dispute

4.2. Our Content. Most of the content made available on RouterBee is owned by us, our
agents, licensors, vendors, and/or other content providers (“Our Content”). Our Content
includes, but is not limited to, text, images, audiovisual content, source code,
service marks, and trade names. Our Content is protected by state laws and international
intellectual property laws. You may not do anything which interferes with or breaches
laws or the intellectual property rights that belong to the Company. You obtain no

• Interfering with or abusing other users of RouterBee;
• Using bots and other automated methods; or
• Collecting and disclosing any information about other users of RouterBee.

RouterBee will be accurate or reliable.
6.7. By using RouterBee, you expressly understand and agree that the Company shall not be
liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary
including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other
intangible losses resulting from the use of or inability to use RouterBee.
6.8. The failure of the Company to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the
